利用谷氨酸的γ羧基与 4 甲基二苯甲基胺 (MBHA)树脂的氨基偶联固相 ,合成经HF切割去保护基后形成C端是谷氨酰胺的人胰岛素原C肽。MBHA树脂相对价格便宜 ,此方法是制备人胰岛素原C肽的另一种尝试。同时 ,也用PAM树脂合成了人胰岛素原C肽类似物。
The amino-coupled solid phase of γ-carboxy group of glutamic acid and 4-methylbenzhydrylamine (MBHA) resin was used to synthesize a human proinsulin C peptide which was cleaved by HF to form a glutamine after deprotection. MBHA resins are relatively inexpensive and this approach is another attempt to make human proinsulin C peptides. At the same time, human proinsulin C peptide analogs were also synthesized with PAM resin.
