目的:快速准确对药物中克林霉素磷酸酯的含量进行测定。方法根据酸性介质下,克林霉素磷酸酯与Fe3+还原为Fe2+,而所生成的F e2+与邻菲啰啉发生络合反应,在波长508n m处有强吸收,结合流动注射-分光光度计法间接对药物中的克林霉素磷酸酯进行测定。结果本实验方法测定线性范围0.65~150mg/L,检出限为0.060mg/L,RSD均<2%。结论流动注射-分光光度法测定克林霉素磷酸酯的方法操作简便、快速,且重复性好,准确度高,可用于药物中克林霉素磷酸酯含量的测定。“,”OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study is to determine the clindamycin phosphate in drugs. METHETHOD It was found that the Fe3+ was reduced to Fe2+ by the Clindamycin phosphate in the acidic medium, and the Fe2+ could reacted with the phenanthroline complex. The complex had the strong absorption at a wavelength of 508 nm. The Clindamycin Phosphate in drugs were determinate by using the flow injection-Spectrophotometer method. RESULTS The linear of this methods was range 0.65 mg/L from 150 mg/L, and the detection limit was 0.060 mg/L, RSD were both less than 2%. Conclusion The flow injection-spectrophotometric is simple, fast, and it has been good repeatability and high accuracy, which can be used to determine the clindamycin phosphate in drugs.
