本文利用 XPS 技术研究了不同载体、不同 Re 含量和经不同条件预处理后 Re/Al_2O_3上 Re的化学状态。结果表明:载体与 Re 之间产生了相互作用,相互作用的大小②与 Re 含量有关:Re 含量越低,相互作用越强;②与载体的性质有关:Re 与γ-Al_2O_3之间的相互作用比 Re 与α-Al_2O_3间的作用强得多。焙烧对 Re/γ-Al_2O_3上 Re 的化学状态影响不大。还原后的催化剂上 Re的状态与还原条件有关。在接近工业使用条件下 Re 主要以零价态(Re~0)存在,同时,可能还存在少量氧化态的 Re。
In this paper, X-ray diffraction (XPS) techniques were used to study the chemical states of Re on Al / O_2O_3 with different carriers, different Re contents and different pretreatment conditions. The results show that there is an interaction between Re and Re, the size of the interaction is related to the content of Re: the lower the content of Re is, the stronger the interaction is; (2) The nature of the carrier is related to the interaction between Re and γ-Al 2 O 3 The effect is much stronger than Re and α-Al_2O_3. The calcination has little effect on the chemical state of Re on Re / γ-Al 2 O 3. The state of the Re on the reduced catalyst is related to the reduction conditions. Re near the industrial use conditions mainly in the zero-valent state (Re ~ 0) exists, while there may be a small amount of oxidation Re.
