加强和改进新形势下基层基础工作,是公安机关应对动态化社会治安的迫切需要,是推进公安工作全面、协调、可持续发展的必然要求。公安机关提升新形势下基层基础工作水平,突出精细运作,持续深化综合警务改革创新;突出信息引领,做实做细社区警务工作;突出深度应用,深入实施情报信息主导警务战略;突出项目带动,强力推进各项重点工作。
Strengthening and improving grassroots work under the new situation is an urgent need for public security organs to deal with the dynamic social order and is an inevitable requirement for promoting a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of public security work. The public security organs should upgrade the grass-roots basic work level under the new situation, highlight the fine operation, and deepen the comprehensive reform and innovation of the police. They should give prominence to information and lead a solid and meticulous work in community policing. They should also emphasize the application in depth and carry out the intelligence-led policing strategy. Project-led and vigorously promote the key work.
