目的 研究诱发电位对急性期昏迷病人预后的价值。方法 180例患者在昏迷后第 1、3、7、10天进行脑干反射检查、GCS评分和多种诱发电位检测。结果 在昏迷第 1天GCS和脑干反射无预测价值 ,在第 1、3、7、10天GCS和脑干反射的预后准确率均低于 90 % ,各种诱发电位的预后准确率均高于 93 %。结论 体感和听觉诱发电位结合对昏迷患者预后的准确率高于GCS和脑干反射
Objective To study the value of evoked potential on the prognosis of patients with acute coma. Methods One hundred and eighty patients underwent brain stem reflex examination, GCS score and various evoked potentials on the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 10th days after coma. Results There was no predictive value of GCS and brainstem reflex on the first day of coma, and the accuracy of prognosis of GCS and brainstem reflex was less than 90% on the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 10th days. The prognostic accuracy of various evoked potentials were high At 93%. Conclusion The accuracy of somatosensory and auditory evoked potentials combined with the prognosis of patients with coma is higher than GCS and brainstem reflex
