1.应用 Mannich 反应制备了3-二烃氧甲基-6-硝基—,或6-乙酰氨基-或6-二甲氨基-苯并氧六圜-4-酮衍生物六种.2.Wiley 报导6-硝基-苯并氧六圜-4-酮进行 Mannich 反应未能成功,我们应用三种方法制备成功.3.制备了6-氨基-或6-乙酰氨基—或6-二甲氨基-苯并氧六圜-4-酮并改进6-硝基-苯并氧六圜-4-酮的制备方法.
1. Mannich reaction was used to prepare 3-dihydrocarbyloxymethyl-6-nitro-, or 6-acetamido- or 6-dimethylamino-benzoxan-4-one derivatives. Wiley reported that 6-nitro-benzoxan-4-one Mannich reaction was unsuccessful, we prepared three successful methods .3. Preparation of 6-amino- or 6-acetamido- or 6- dimethyl Amino-benzoxan-4-one and improving the preparation of 6-nitro-benzoxan-4-one.
