“一带一路”战略客观上要求知识先行,当前东盟文献信息资源建设严重滞后于“一带一路”建设项目的推进。通过分析“一带一路”背景下的东盟文献信息资源建设的主要目标、基本要求及当前东盟文献信息资源需求的特点,进一步明确其采集的重点内容及途径,为开展东盟文献信息资源建设提供参考。
“One Belt, One Road” strategy requires knowledge to be objectively advanced. At present, ASEAN literature and information resources construction lags far behind the promotion of the “Belt and Road” construction project. By analyzing the main objectives and basic requirements of ASEAN literature and information resources under the background of “One Belt and One Road” and the characteristics of current ASEAN literature and information resources, we further clarified the key contents and channels of ASEAN literature and information collection, and provided information for the development of ASEAN literature and information resources reference.
