据了解,由国家发改委牵头编制的《战略性新兴产业重点产品和服务指导目录》(下称新兴产业指导目录)已经初步确定,有望于近期出台。据权威方面透露,支持新兴产业发展的财税和金融等方面政策也将随后出台。来自权威部门的人士透露,战略性新兴产业指导目录制定的基本原则是“必须有重大技术突破”。该目录分为节能环保、新一代信息技术、生物产业、高端装备制造、新能源产业、新材料、新能源汽车七个大类,囊括了七大战略性新兴产业的139个重点产品和服务领域。
