通过对45钢缺陷钢板进行金相分析,初步判断钢板边部蜂窝状裂纹源于连铸坯,对可能引起裂纹的原因进行排查,找出主要原因为矫直点温度设定不合理。
Through the metallographic analysis of 45 steel defects, the honeycomb cracks on the edge of the steel plate were primarily judged from the slab. The possible causes of cracks were investigated. The main reason was found to be that the straightening temperature was set unreasonably.
