虽然设计院极力回避户型抄袭行为,甚至认为90平方米可以玩出很多花样。但居住感受毕竟不是设计比赛,对于购买90平方米以下的人来说,居住舒适度远大于对建筑艺术的追求。哪种户型更合理,其实容易检验。哪一种最大化利用了建筑空间,并保证了居住的舒适度,在受到市场欢迎之后,可以想象的是,紧随而来的是大量的借鉴或者干脆复制。
