校企协同培育高职院校大学生的生态文明意识,有利于生态文明建设、大学生全面能力及企业自身的发展。校企协同培育高职院校大学生生态文明意识刻不容缓,纵向上:重视生态文明教育、完善教育管理体系及大学生的综合素质评价体系、丰富理论教学、创新教学方法、提升教师素质、开展实践教育;横向上:加强到企业工学交替的大学生的生态责任教育。树立承担生态责任的企业文化,间接引领大学生承担生态责任。
The cooperation between school-enterprise and college students in cultivation of ecological civilization is conducive to the construction of ecological civilization, the overall ability of college students and the development of enterprises themselves. In a vertical sense, we should attach great importance to ecological civilization education, improve the education management system and the overall quality evaluation system of college students, enrich theoretical teaching, innovate teaching methods, improve teachers’ quality and carry out practical education. In the horizontal direction, we should strengthen the ecological responsibility education to the college students who alternate enterprise engineering. Establish a corporate culture to assume ecological responsibility, indirectly lead students to assume ecological responsibility.
