我国卫生防疫事业是政府实行一定福利政策的社会公益事业 ,《中共中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展的决定》中明确对防保机构的人员经费和开展工作的正常经费全额拨给 ,但是目前各地普遍存在投入不足问题。为了加快卫生防疫事业发展 ,我们在完善岗位目标综合管理责任制的基础上
