为了验证有仓顶室的柱承式贮仓自振特性的理论计算方法,笔者对3个不同的钢制贮仓模型做了输入周期激振力的振动实验。实验测得的频率、振型与理论计算值相吻合,从而给有仓顶室的柱承式贮仓按三自由度体系(即仓顶室和仓体质心的水平位移、仓体绕过质心水平轴的角位移)进行自振特性分析提供了实验依据。并对文献[1]的理论计算公式作了修正。
In order to verify the theoretical calculation method for the natural vibration characteristics of the column-supported silo with the bin top chamber, the author performed a vibration experiment of the input periodic excitation force for three different steel silo models. The frequencies and mode shapes measured in the experiment are in agreement with the theoretical calculations, so that the column-supported silo with bin top chamber is subjected to a three-degrees-of-freedom system (ie, the horizontal displacement of the center of the bin and the center of the bin and the center of the bin bypasses the center of mass. The angular displacement of the horizontal axis provides an experimental basis for analyzing the natural vibration characteristics. The theoretical calculation formula of the literature [1] was revised.
