憲法是治理國家的根本法。資本主義國家的憲法,是為了維護少數資產階級的利益的,社會主義國家的憲法,則為勞動人民謀福利。中華人民共和國的憲法草案,是根據馬克思列寧主義的原則与我國的具體情况而制定的。
Constitution is the fundamental law governing the country. The constitution of a capitalist country is intended to safeguard the interests of the minority bourgeoisie and the socialist country’s constitution provides benefits to the working people. The draft constitution of the People’s Republic of China was formulated on the basis of the principles of Marxism-Leninism and the specific conditions of our country.
