3月16日上午,在上海师范大学内举行了一场别开生面的讲座。著名培训师、上海慧根咨询公司总经理俞志坚,应上海师范大学人力资源协会的邀请为上师大的学生们做了题为“知识型企业家与资产型企业家在新经济时代的发展定位”的专题讲座。这次讲座引来了百余学生聆听,俞志坚生动而幽默的演讲不时引来阵阵热烈的掌声。让学生最感兴趣的,是俞志坚针对年轻人成才这一热点话题所进行的详细阐述。他认为,地域、学历、阅历是成就人才的三大要素。
On the morning of March 16, a special lecture was held in Shanghai Normal University. Renowned trainer, Yu Zhijian, general manager of Shanghai Huigen Consulting Co., Ltd., made a speech titled "Development of Knowledge-based Entrepreneurs and Asset-based Entrepreneurs in the New Economic Era at the invitation of the Human Resources Institute of Shanghai Normal University Special lecture. The lecture attracted more than a hundred students to listen to. However, Yu Zhijian's vivid and humorous speech attracted warm applause from time to time. What is of most interest to students is the elaboration of Yu Zhijian's hot topic for young people's success. He believes that geography, education, experience is the success of the three elements of talent.
