学习策略的掌握直接影响到学习者的学习效率,是衡量个体综合素质的重要标志。成人作为社会建设的主力军,推动和引领着社会发展的潮流,策略性学习是成人适应社会变迁以及个体生存和发展需要的必然选择。成人学习策略的发展有其明显的特殊性,其获得的途径主要有三个:社会交往中的互学、自我反思和总结以及学习策略的训练等。
The mastery of learning strategies has a direct impact on the learning efficiency of learners and is an important indicator of the overall quality of individuals. As the main force of social construction, adults promote and lead the tide of social development. Strategic learning is an inevitable choice for adults to meet the needs of social changes and individual survival and development. The development of adult learning strategies has its own distinct characteristics. There are mainly three ways to obtain adult learning strategies: mutual learning in social interaction, self-reflection and summarization, and learning strategy training.
