患者,女,61岁,农民。因泛发性荨麻疹5天于1991年6月24日入院。入院前5天无任何诱因发生左下肢麻木感,继而全身出现荨麻诊,尤以脐下及双下肢为著,伴奇痒,患者烦躁不安。入院前1天症状加重并感胸闷、气紧,呼吸困难、辗转反侧而来本院求治。体检:体温37.5℃、脉搏116次/分,呼吸28次/分,血压17.3/10.7kPa。发育营养良好,急性病容,神志清楚,烦燥
