医院作为我国医疗卫生体系的主体机构,存在着专业设备较多、资产数量庞大以及资产种类复杂的问题,完善医院资产管理因而已经成为医院管理工作的重要内容。本文针对医院资产管理,首先概述了医院资产的分类,进而总结了当前我国医院资产管理方面存在的一系列问题,并有针对性的提出了解决完善措施,可以为医院资产管理工作的开展提供合理的参考。
