“敌杀死”又名溴氰菊脂,是一种新型农药。进入人体后经氧化、水解、排泄很快,其主要作用于脑、脊髓及周围神经,引起神经细胞兴奋性增强,可以使心率加快,但未见引起心律紊乱的报道。现将我院收治的一例因口服敌杀死引起的心房纤颤病例报告如下:患者男性,17岁,口服“敌杀死”约15ml,2小时后出现心慌气短,急诊入院。查体:体温36.4℃,脉搏112次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压13/10kPa。神志清楚,查体合作,口腔有农药味,除心脏听诊有心律不齐外,其余未发现阳性体征。既往健康,无心脏病史。实验室检查:血尿常规及各项生化指标正常。心电图示心房纤颤,心房率461
