以项群训练理论作为研究的理论基础,进一步总结了持拍隔网对抗类项目的共性特征,阐释持拍隔网对抗类项目竞赛规则的发展趋势,提出在规则演进过程中所表现项目特征的竞赛规则与运动技术的发展是相辅相成的,一方面,当规则不能适应比赛要求时,人们就会对规则进行必要的修改,消除比赛中消极的方面,以保持运动的活力,推动新的运动技战术发展;另一方面,新技战术的出现,反过来又促进规则的变革。
