一、概况外科手术对离断血管施行的手法修复,虽然已有较长的历史,但存在操作困难,手术时间长和成功率不稳定等不足之处,所以长期以来各国外科专家一直对机械吻合法进行研究。1956年苏联Gudov研制成应用钉书机原理的血管吻合器,引起了各国外科专家的兴趣。随后日本井口洁、美国Takaro和加拿大VogelfAnger相继发表了应用同一原理而结构形式有所不同的血管吻合器。不久,日本中山又发表了以一对金属环形吻合轮为支架的血管吻合器。这些吻合器具有手术时间短、容易掌握、成功率较高等特点对血管外科和器官移植手术的发展,起了一定的促进作用。 1960年我国进口了一部分Gudov血管吻合器,新华医疗器械厂根据上级指示进行
