在阿尔山林业局伊尔施林场,无论是天然林还是人工林都挺拔茁壮,郁郁葱葱。他们是靠《森林法》的威力保护了森林资源。这个林场的施业区多数离居民区较近,加上多年来林政管理制度不够完善,给巡护人员的工作增加了难度。过去护林员从不敢单独入山巡护,尤其遇有毁林事件时,不仅不敢多管,有时还会遭到无理的打骂或报复。
In Aershan Forestry Bureau Er Shi Lin field, whether natural or artificial forests are tall and straight, lush. They have protected forest resources by the power of the “Forest Law.” The majority of the construction sites in this farm are located close to residential areas.
