采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法,于2014年9月至2015年6月从安徽省三个地区(M、C、T地区)的7个乡镇中纳入2 621名18岁及以上当地居民作为研究对象,同时对其进行问卷调查以及尿液收集。分别采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪、原子吸收分光光度计分析人群尿液中砷、镉水平。结果显示,三个地区总人群尿砷、镉的几何均数分别为79.10、1.55μg/g。随着年龄的增加,人群尿砷、镉水平随之增加(P<0.001);尿砷水平在吸烟、饮酒特征上具有统计学意义;在性别、地区、饮用水、燃料类型上尿砷、镉水平均存在统计学差异。提示安徽省工业地区成年居民尿砷、镉水平较其他地区高,且在个体行为和生活环境特征上的分布均存在差异。
Using multistage stratified random cluster sampling, from September 2014 to June 2015, 2 621 local residents aged 18 and above were included from 7 townships in three regions of Anhui Province (M, C, T region) Residents as the research object, at the same time to conduct a survey and urine collection. It is suggested that urinary arsenic and cadmium levels of adult residents in industrial areas of Anhui Province are higher than those in other areas, and there are differences in the distribution of individual behaviors and living environment characteristics.
