通过对驻京总直７所大中型医院预真空、下排气和手提式压力蒸气灭菌器灭菌效果的观察，获得如下结果。国产和进口的预真空和脉动预真空压力蒸气灭菌器１３２℃作用６分钟，对半密闭和密闭容器内物品可灭菌，且各部位物品灭菌效果相同。而下排气和手提式压力蒸气灭菌器１２１℃分别作用３０和２０分钟，对半密闭物品（不抽开和半抽开国产玻璃注射器）能灭菌，但对密闭容器（普通铝饭盒）内物品则不能灭菌
The following results were obtained by observing the sterilization effects of pre-vacuum, lower exhaust, and portable pressure steam sterilizers in 7 large and medium-sized hospitals in Beijing. Domestic and imported pre-vacuum and pulsating pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizers are operated at 132°C for 6 minutes to sterilize the contents of the semi-closed and closed containers, and the sterilizing effects of the parts are the same. While the lower exhaust and the portable pressure steam sterilizer are operated at 121°C for 30 and 20 minutes, respectively, semi-closed items (without suction and semi-separation of domestic glass syringes) can be sterilized, but for closed containers (ordinary aluminum lunch boxes) The inner item cannot be sterilized
