当前,少数民族地区卫生工作面临的最大的难点,是卫生人力资源极度匮乏。本文列举了造成匮乏的三条原因,提出了加强卫生人力资源管理的七条对策。
At present, the biggest difficulty faced by the health work in ethnic minority areas is the extreme scarcity of human resources for health. This article lists the three causes of the shortage, and puts forward seven countermeasures to strengthen the management of human resources for health.
