Under the leadership of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line, a mass movement of “studying agriculture in Dazhai” and engaging in the basic construction of farmland has been booming. The construction of Mita, especially the terraced fields, has made gratifying achievements. In 1975, more than 1.8 million mu of terraced fields were built in the province, creating favorable conditions for the construction of Drought, Waterlogging and High-yielding and stable farmland. However, due to different degrees of newly-repaired terraces upset the topsoil, coupled with some soil improvement and fertilizer measures can not keep up, poor soil properties, affecting the newly-increased terroir yield increase. To solve this contradiction, Keshan Experimental Station of Soil and Water Conservation Research Institute of Heilongjiang Province conducted: (1)
