消费是物质资料生产总过程的最终目的和动力。随着市场经济的迅猛发展,人们对消费的追求不再仅仅是其所带来的物质形态上的价值,人们开始关注消费的过程以及消费本质上所能够带给人们的享受与身份认同感。于是,符号消费作为身份、地位的表征,愈来愈成为当下年轻一代的消费倾向,人们试图通过品牌符号来展现自己的品味。
Consumption is the ultimate goal and driving force of the overall process of material data production. With the rapid development of the market economy, people’s pursuit of consumption is no longer merely the material value brought about by it. People begin to pay attention to the process of consumption and the sense of enjoyment and identity that people can bring to people in essence. As a result, symbolic consumption, as a token of identity and status, has increasingly become the current trend of consumption of the younger generation. People try to show their taste through brand symbols.
