财务管理在企业经营管理中占据着核心地位,对实现企业经济效益目标,规范企业经营行为,保障企业资产安全完整有着重要作用。本文对财务管理内部职责划分及人员配备进行探讨,并提出保障财务管理内部职责落实到位的措施,期望对充分发挥财务管理在企业发展中的作用有所帮助。
Financial management occupies a central position in the management of an enterprise and plays an important role in realizing the goal of economic efficiency of an enterprise, standardizing the operation of an enterprise, and ensuring the integrity of the enterprise’s assets. This article discusses the internal division of responsibilities and staffing in financial management and puts forward some measures to ensure that the internal functions of financial management are put in place. The expectation is helpful to give full play to the role of financial management in the development of enterprises.
