目的探讨CD1a+树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)在胎儿腭扁桃体内的发育。方法收集9~28周因故终止妊娠胎儿腭扁桃体标本29例,用EnVision二步法染色显示CD1a+DC。结果 12周胎儿腭扁桃体,可见少量CD1a+DC,分布于隐窝上皮基底层和中间层,细胞体梭形或不规则形,由细胞体发出数根树枝样突起,细胞核圆形或卵圆形。14周胎儿腭扁桃体,CD1a+DC数量增加,隐窝上皮周围的固有层弥散淋巴组织内也可见CD1a+DC。16周胎儿腭扁桃体,表面上皮内可见CD1a+DC分布。17~24周胎儿腭扁桃体,随着CD1a+DC数量增多,在上皮浅层渐可见阳性细胞。28周胎儿腭扁桃体,淋巴小结内始见几个CD1a+DC聚集。细胞计数显示CD1a+DC数,9~12周胎儿腭扁桃体为(2.60±1.14)个,随胎龄增加至25~28周胎儿腭扁桃体达(57.20±6.06)个,任意胎龄组间比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 CD1a+DC12周迁入胎儿腭扁桃体隐窝上皮,随后逐渐出现在固有层弥散淋巴组织、表面上皮以及淋巴小结内。CD1a+DC数量随胎龄增长逐渐增多,主要分布于隐窝上皮内,固有层弥散淋巴组织和表面上皮内较少,淋巴小结内最少。
Objective To investigate the development of CD1a + dendritic cells (DCs) in the fetus of the palatine tonsils. Methods Totally 29 cases of fetus tonsils were collected from 9 to 28 weeks of gestation, and CD1a + DC was stained with EnVision two-step method. Results A small number of CD1a + DCs were found in fetal palatine tonsils at 12 weeks. They were distributed in the basal and middle layers of crypt epithelium. Fusiform or irregular cell bodies were found, and several dendrites were protruded from the cell body. The nucleus was round or oval . Fourteen weeks fetus tonsil, CD1a + DC number increased, lamina propria lining around the crypt diffuse lymphoid tissue can also be seen CD1a + DC. 16 weeks fetus palatine tonsils, CD1a + DC distribution can be seen in the surface epithelium. Fetal tonsil in 17 ~ 24 weeks, with the increase of the number of CD1a + DC, positive cells gradually appear in the superficial epithelium. 28 weeks Fetal tonsils, lymph nodes within the beginning of a few CD1a + DC aggregation. Cell counts showed that the number of CD1a + DCs was (2.60 ± 1.14) in 9-12 weeks fetal tonsil tonsillar tonsils (57.20 ± 6.06) with fetal gestational age increased to 25-28 weeks Significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions CD1a + DC migrates into the fetal palatine tonsil crypt epithelium in 12 weeks, then gradually appears in the lamina propria diffuse lymphatic tissue, surface epithelium and lymph node. The number of CD1a + DC gradually increased with the increase of gestational age, mainly distributed in the crypt epithelium, with less diffuse lymphoid tissue and surface epithelium in the lamina propria, with the least in the lymph node.
