生态移民是“十二五”期间宁夏区域扶贫开发的战略重点。生态移民扶贫开发主要是从经济方面考虑问题,以生态移民的经济性增长为出发点,将经济和文化结合起来还没有得到普遍的关注,生态移民的文化适应性问题还没有引起高度重视。要注重对移民传统文化的保护,帮助他们解决移民过程中的各种文化适应性问题。
Ecological migration is the strategic focus of poverty alleviation and development in Ningxia during the “12th Five-Year Plan” period. Ecological Poverty Alleviation and Development Poverty Alleviation and Development mainly consider economic issues and take the economic growth of ecological migration as the starting point. The combination of economy and culture has not received universal attention. The issue of cultural adaptability of ecological migration has not drawn great attention. We should pay attention to the protection of the traditional culture of immigrants and help them solve various cultural adaptabilities in the immigration process.
