近期,人力资源和社会保障部正在对“延迟退休年龄”展开研究以为国家提出相关建议。顿时,延迟退休便成为舆论焦点,褒贬不一。而老龄化社会的加快到来已经是不争事实,延迟退休也成为题中之意,而配套制度的完善也亟待解决。延迟退休是大势所趋21世纪是人口老龄化的世纪,它影响着几乎所有的国家。日本的养老重荷,德国退休政策的朝令夕改,还有今天被推向风口的延迟退休讨论,都有着人口老龄化的身影。人口老龄化是一场深刻的人口革命,其根本动因在于社会进步、经济增长、科技飞跃、医疗改善,它是人类进步的象征,带来了巨大的挑战。目前,人口老龄化的加剧,而人口增长速度却明显减慢,人口结构已逐渐成为可持续发展的潜在威胁,也引导着人们开始对退休制度进行反思。
