大连市人民政府就信息化工程建设、生物工程建设、基础设施建设以及金融投融资体系建设等四个领域与中关村科技发展(控股)股份有限公司达成全方面合作协议。其中,信息化工程建设领域将全部由中关村数据中心负责建设完成。大连市还将在 IP 宽带网络、大连市电子政务信息化系统、电子医疗社保网络等多个项目同中关村科技进行更为广阔的合作。同时,中关村数据中心投资3000万元与大连市信息产业局合作建设
