Chongqing Otsuka Huayi Chemical Co Ltd, a joint venture among ChongqingHuayi Group, Japan based Otsuka Chemical Co Ltd and HighChem CompanyLimited, announced on August 9th commercial startup of the project capable ofproducing 20 000 t/a hydrazine and 20 000 t/a foaming agent in Fuling, Chongqing.The company said the hydrazine and foaming agent capacities in this plant bothare the biggest of their kinds in Asia.
