The Fifth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee focused on the issues of the national economy and clearly stated that achieving stable development of agriculture is the basis for economic stability, political stability, and social stability. The development of rural medical and health services will not only help protect rural productivity, but also contribute to the stable development of agriculture.
