以哈密—郑州±800 k V特高压直流输电塔为例,对特高压输电塔挂点结构的承载能力进行了有限元分析,建议挂线板面内承载力参照美国钢结构设计规范进行计算,面外承载力按三边固结、一边自由的双向板进行计算。对局部开槽的角钢横担主材承载力进行了对比计算,建议开槽深度不超过主材肢宽的1/3,同时给出了缓解应力集中的构造措施。
Taking the Hami-Zhengzhou ± 800 k UHVDC transmission tower as an example, the bearing capacity of the hanging point structure of UHV transmission towers was analyzed by finite element method. The calculation of the bearing capacity of the hanging board surface is based on the design specifications of American steel structures. Out-of-plane bearing capacity according to the three sides of the consolidation, free two-way plate calculation. The bearing capacity of the partially slotted angle steel cross arm is compared and calculated. It is suggested that the slot depth should not exceed 1/3 of the width of the main lumber and the structural measures to relieve stress concentration should be given.
