根据国务院《关于研究道路交通管理分工和地方交通公安机构干警评授警衔问题的会议纪要》(国阅[1993]204号)的精神和《贵州省机动车交通安全管理条例》、《贵州省道路运输管理条例》的有关规定,按照交通部门负责机动车驾驶员培训工作的行业管理,公安部门负责对机动车驾驶员的考核发证的分工原则,现就我省汽车(摩托车)驾驶员培训行业管理工作的有关问题通知如下:
