1985年7月2日至4日在保定市召开了技术咨询委员会成立会议。中国科协咨询工作部和保定地市经委、科协和机电工业公司的负责同志参加了会议。会议选举了张本鸿同志为主任委员,苏林同志为第一副主任委员,姚琅斋、陈延豪、朱维衡、李如健、蔡宣三、王景瀛同志为副主任委员,由16人组成技术咨询委员会常务委员会。审议并通过了《中国电工技术学会技术咨询委员会工作条例》、《中国电工技术咨询中心章程》等有关文件。会议进行了技术成果交流。共收到技术成果和转让项目17类173项。会议期间,还听取了保定地市有关单
July 2, 1985 to 4 in Baoding held a technical advisory committee set up meeting. China Association for Science and Technology Consulting and Baoding Economic Commission and the Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Electrical and Mechanical Industry Company responsible comrades attended the meeting.
