本刊系中华人民共和国卫生部主管、中国医师协会和中国实用医学杂志社主办的国家级学术技术类期刊。本刊的办刊宗旨是：“面向临床、突出实用,注重理论联系实际,提高临床内科医生诊治水平”。本刊为全国内科学类核心期刊、全国优秀科技期刊、中国科技论文统计源期刊、中国生物医学核心期刊。本刊被评为“双效”期刊,同时入选中国期刊方阵。2002年、2004年本刊连续被国家新闻出版总署评为第二届、第三届国家期刊奖获奖期刊。本刊订户一直居全国同类杂志之首,深受广大读者的欢迎。一、本刊每期用一定篇幅针对临床医生亟需解决的“热点、难点、疑点、争论焦点”问题,邀请国内专家撰稿,集中一个专题进行笔谈或讨论,同时辟有：述评、专家经验谈、论著、临床经验、教训分析、临床用药、临床病理(例)讨论、病案报告、综述、医学新动态、专家答疑、短篇报道等栏目。2006年本刊改为半月刊,即《中国实用内科杂志(临床实用版)》和《中国实用内科杂志(临床前沿版)》。每刊80页。并开辟诊断治疗标准评介、方法学连续讲座、思考病例、循证医学等栏目。欢迎广大读者、作者按上述栏目投稿。二、来稿要求1文稿要求具有科学性、先进性、实用性,主题明确、重点突出、资料确实、数据可靠、逻辑严谨、文理通顺。论著类文章的数据须经必要的统计学正确处理,文章字数不超过4500字；综述与讲座类文章字数可适当增加。短篇报道文稿诊断依据应充足,讨论紧紧围绕主题,全文简明扼要,不超过1500字。2文题应简明、醒目、新颖、反映出文章的主题。3作者稿件署名作者必须是合法著作权人,文责由作者自负。请将作者姓名在文题下依次列出。排列顺序应在投
