针对金属矿山安全生产和定位监控的实际需求,利用WiFi、VOIP原理及协议等关键技术,设计了人员定位、通信联络、环境监测三网合一的金属矿山综合信息管理系统。现场调试结果表明:该系统性能稳定,具有人员动态定位、人员运动轨迹回放、井下报警提醒、语音通讯、调度管理及环境变量监测等功能,能满足金属矿山生产调度和管理的信息化要求。
According to the actual demand of metal mine safety production and positioning monitoring, this paper designs the metal mine comprehensive information management system using the key technology of WiFi, VOIP principle and protocol to design the personnel positioning, communication and environment monitoring triple play. The results of on-site commissioning showed that the system has the functions of stable performance, dynamic positioning of staff, playback of trajectory of personnel, alarm of downhole alarm, voice communication, dispatching management and environment variable monitoring, which can meet the information requirements of metal mine production scheduling and management.
