如何做好毕业生的教育管理工作一直是摆在许多高职院校学生工作部门面前的一道难题。出于毕业生就业的考虑,多数高职院校毕业生教育管理中普遍存在着管理粗放、笼统、学生“放羊”的现象。为了解决目前高职院校毕业生教育管理中的“放羊”问题,湖南铁道职业技术学院从做好毕业生教育管理顶层设计着手,构建一套完善的分时分类管理机制,切实推进毕业生精细化管理,使毕业生教育管理形成了规范、有序的局面。
