实现教育均衡发展,落实“科教兴国”战略,是当前我国教育改革发展的重要任务,然而对身处广大偏远农村的中学来说却显得收效甚微。教育改革政策难落实,教育质量没保障,始终无法与发达地区达到协调一致,这是当前广大农村中学体育教学的普遍现状。本文结合实践,重点从区位和地理环境、信息通畅、观念、师资现状以及政策等五个方面,阐述当前制约农村中学体育课教学质量提高的主要原因,为改变我国农村教育发展落后现状做追根溯源的思考。
Achieving a balanced development of education and implementing the strategy of “rejuvenating our country through science and education” are the important tasks of our country’s education reform and development nowadays. However, these schools have shown little success in secondary schools in vast rural areas. Difficult to implement the policy of education reform, the quality of education is not guaranteed, and can not be reached with the coordinated development of developed areas, which is currently the majority of rural middle school PE teaching universal status quo. Based on the practice, this article elaborates the main reasons that restrict the improvement of PE teaching quality in rural middle schools from five aspects: location and geographical environment, information smoothness, concept, teacher status quo and policies, so as to make a tracing to the change of the backwardness of rural education in our country Thinking.
