全国每年因严重交通违法行为,比如:疲劳驾驶、酒驾、超速等导致的重特大交通事故时有发生,给社会以及每个家庭带来非常大的伤痛甚至导致生命的逝去及财产的损失。湖南省的道路交通事故情况也比较严峻,重特大道路交通事故也时有发生,虽然交管部门不断的采取措施,加大打击,但其发生的势头依然无法杜绝。本文针对湖南省的交通问题具体状况,探究其存在问题的主要原因,认为建立和完善道路交通事故责任追究制度刻不容缓。
Every year, heavy traffic accidents such as fatigue driving, drunk driving and speeding occur frequently every year in the country due to serious traffic violations, causing great pain to the society and every family and even causing the loss of life and property. The road traffic accidents in Hunan Province are also serious. Traffic accidents on major roads have also occurred from time to time. Although traffic management departments continue to take measures to intensify the crackdown, the momentum of the traffic accidents can not be stopped. This paper aims at the specific conditions of traffic problems in Hunan Province and explores the main reasons for its existence. It holds that it is imperative to establish and improve the system of accountability for road traffic accidents.
