清代皇帝巡幸盛京回乡祭祖意起清世祖福临,虽筹划数次但终未遂行成为遗憾。康熙皇帝于康熙十年(1671),第一次巡幸盛京,开启清帝东巡之始,之后又分别于康熙二十一年、三十七年两次回归故里,创立了清帝东巡定制及各项活动仪轨,后嗣皇帝遵循并发扬光大。根据辽宁省档案馆所藏《大清圣祖仁皇帝实录》及“盛京内务府文书档案”记载,我们还原康熙皇帝东巡创制过程。康熙九年九月初二日,玄烨颁谕礼部明志东巡缘由,不替父亲完成东巡祭祖夙愿寝食难安:“太祖高皇帝创建鸿图,肇兴景
