目的 探讨双直角切口小梁切除术的疗效。方法 通过 2个直角形切口对 2 3例青光眼患者 (2 5眼 )施行小梁切除术。结果 术后随访 3～ 10 mo,眼压全部降至正常 ,均形成功能性滤过泡。结论 双直角切口小梁切除术优于传统手术 ,类似于角膜切口小梁切除术 ,但操作简单并发症少
Objective To investigate the effect of double-angle incision trabeculectomy. Methods Twenty-three patients with glaucoma (25 eyes) underwent trabeculectomy through two rectangular incisions. Results All the patients were followed up for 3 to 10 months and the intraocular pressure was reduced to normal. All of them formed functional filtration bleb. Conclusion Double-angle incision trabeculectomy is superior to traditional surgery, similar to corneal incision trabeculectomy, but the operation is simple and less complications
