患者女,72岁。因左侧腹部肿块60余年至我院就诊。患者诉60余年前左腹部起“疮”后出现瘢痕样增生,无明显疼痛、瘙痒等自觉症状,未予诊疗。皮疹逐渐增大,并突出于皮肤表面,呈分叶状,并自觉轻微瘙痒,偶尔有刺痛感,曾出血1次。既往有“糖尿病”病史,饮食控制可,未长期服用降糖药物。否认其他疾病史。体格检查:系统检查未见明显异常。皮肤科检查:左侧腹部可见突出皮肤表面的浅红色肿物,约4 cm×3.5 cm×1.5 cm,表面光滑,边界清晰,质地韧,可见结
Female patient, 72 years old. Due to the left abdominal mass 60 years to our hospital. Patients complained more than 60 years ago from the left abdomen “sores ” scar-like hyperplasia, no obvious pain, itching and other symptoms, no diagnosis and treatment. Physical examination: no obvious abnormalities in the system examination. Dermatology examination: visible on the left abdomen highlight the skin surface of the light red tumor, about 4 cm × 3.5 cm × 1.5 cm, smooth surface, clear boundaries, tough texture, visible knot
