截止1993年底云南省经登记注册的外商投资企业累计达753户,其中:中外合资企业547户,中外合作企业49户,外商独资企业157户。投资总额153217万美元,注册资本106922万美元。其中,外商认缴投资59298万美元。一、目前外商投资企业存在的问题(一)资金到位率低。截止1994年3月底,经会计师事务所验证的到位资金共为26574万美元,其中外资11280万美元。用1993年底的注册资本测算,资金到位率为24.9%,其中外资到位率仅为19%。资金到位率明显偏低,影响了各外商投资企业的正常生产和运
As of the end of 1993, Yunnan registered a total of 753 foreign-invested enterprises, including 547 Sino-foreign joint ventures, 49 Sino-foreign cooperative enterprises and 157 wholly foreign-owned enterprises. The total investment is 1,532.17 million U.S. dollars and the registered capital is 1.06922 billion U.S. dollars. Among them, foreign investment subscription 592.98 million US dollars. First, the current problems of foreign-invested enterprises (A) the rate of funds in place. As of the end of March 1994, the certified funds in place by the certified public accountants totaled 265.74 million U.S. dollars, of which foreign capital was 112.8 million U.S. dollars. With the registered capital at the end of 1993, the rate of funds in place is 24.9%, of which the foreign-funded rate is only 19%.
