随着TDD、FDD牌照的发放,移动、联通、电信三大运营商聚焦4G市场竞争,对运营商的运作方式提出了新的挑战。销售4G智能终端意味着在市场中赢得更多的4G客户,所以说,4G终端销售关乎到黑龙江移动经营转型的重要工作之一。因此,需要利用大数据挖掘分析,运用技术手段建立客户4G终端换机倾向评估模型,借助模型输出结果,充分发挥主动引导作用,了解客户需求后抓住时机营销,引导存量客户在TDD优势明显时更换4G终端,提升流量消费水平,以弥补语音收入下滑的缺口。
