随着我国经济水平的持续提高,国家教育体系的不断完善,各个高校不断扩大招生人数,如今进入高校就读的大学生和研究生人数骤增,中国的教育领域呈现出一片桃李争妍的景象。近些年,高校音乐专业的研究生——特别是女硕士生,就业情况和自我满意度并不高,“就业难”成了当下普遍被关注的问题,本文通过“女性主义”的视角综合分析了当下导致音乐专业女硕士生“就业难”的原因,并提出了促使男女就业平等、反对性别歧视的相关建议。
With the continuous improvement of China’s economy, the constant improvement of the national education system, the continuous expansion of enrollment in all universities and the rapid increase in enrollment of college students and graduate students in colleges and universities, the educational field in China presents a spectacular scene. In recent years, graduate students majoring in music in colleges and universities, especially female graduate students, have not obtained enough employment and self-satisfaction, and “difficult employment” has become a widespread concern nowadays. This paper, through “Feminism” This paper analyzes the reasons for the current “difficulties in finding employment” for female graduate students majoring in music, and puts forward some suggestions to promote equal employment of men and women and oppose discrimination on the basis of gender.
