校企合作互动是为了培养综合性复合型人才的关键战略,校企双方通过搭建平台共享设施与资源开发人才的潜力使之人才符合社会经济发展的需要。在人才培养模式中根据实际情况出现各种多种模式,从模式本身而言进行量化分析其实际价值成为衡量校企合作战略的关键。在对校企合作进行效果评估时需要对现有的人才培养模式进行整体性的了解,依据第三方中立性的评价才能够得到相对客观的实施效果。
The cooperation between schools and enterprises is a key strategy for cultivating comprehensive and complex talents. Both schools and enterprises make it possible for them to meet the needs of social and economic development by sharing the potential of facilities and resources development personnel through building platforms. According to the actual situation in the personnel training mode, there are various kinds of modes. From the mode itself, the quantitative analysis of its actual value has become the key to measure the school-enterprise cooperation strategy. In assessing the effect of school-enterprise cooperation, we need to have a holistic understanding of the existing personnel training mode, and we can obtain the relatively objective implementation effect based on the evaluation of third-party neutrality.
