代谢综合征(MS)患者糖尿病(DM)、心血管疾病发生率是正常人群的数倍,但MS病因尚不清楚。近年研究提示,蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶-1B(PTP-1B)可能是MS的重要病因。因此我们研究了MS患者内脏脂肪组织PTP-1B的表达。
Metabolic syndrome (MS) patients with diabetes (DM), the incidence of cardiovascular disease is several times the normal population, but the etiology of MS is not yet clear. Recent studies suggest that protein tyrosine phosphatase-1B (PTP-1B) may be an important cause of MS. Therefore, we studied the expression of PTP-1B in visceral adipose tissue of MS patients.
